Richard H. Lee was born April 5th, 1987 in Chicago, Illinois. He turned Pro in 2010 after graduating from the University of Washington. He is 5’9″ and weights 170 pounds. His favorite golf course is the Members Club at Aldarra, east of Seattle and his sponsors are Titleist, Ping and Boss.
During his amateur years he has achieved eighth in stroke play at the U.S. Amateur Public Links in 2007. Also, in 2007 he won the seattle amateur, the Royal Oaks Invitational and Bremerton City Amateur. He recieved third team PING/ All-American and named to the All Pac-10 first team in 2009.
In 2010, Richard H. Lee played on the Web.com Tour for one year. In 2011, he ended up finishing 37th on the Web.com Tour Money List. Also, this is the year that he earned his PGA Tour card. Later in 2012, he took fifteenth place at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am with a score of -8, fourteenth place at Wyndham Championship with a score of -11 and sixth place at Justin Timberlakes Shriners Hospitals for Childrens Open with a score of -14. Lee then took fourth place at the PGA Tours Q-School: Final Stage and second at Albertsons Boise Open presented by Kraft. In 2013 so far, he has achieved his PGA Tour card after missing it last year by one shot. Richard Lee has earned two top-fives and took thirteenth place at the Valero Texas Open. He received tenth at the Humana Challenge with a score of -21 and ninth place at the RBC Heritage with a score of -3.
